Yes, we charge a shipping fee on each order - this includes tracking & insurance.

As a wholesaler, why should I use BambooBox?

We work with retailers across Canada and the US. Our goal is to help you grow your business and increase your brand awareness.

As a wholesaler, do I have control over who I sell to?

Yes - we give final say to our producers. If a retailer doesn't fit your brand, you can reject a sale or apply conditions to the sale.

Do you provide information on each company?

Yes - when you view a product you are also able to see detailed information on the producer as well as on the individual product. You may also request additional information from the producer directly.

Do you vet producers?

Yes, each producer is vetted before being accepted onto our platform. We do this by confirming and reviewing their licenses, product quality and a production methods.

What if I have a problem with my order?

If you have any issues, you can contact us using our contact form. We're available 365 days a year to ensure each transaction runs smoothly.

Can I send unsold products back?

If a product is damaged or faulty upon receipt, you can send them back for a full refund. Note that we don't offer refunds on unsold stock at this stage (coming soon!).

Do I need a physical store?

No - we work with both physical retailers and online Commerce retailers.

Are you based in North America?

Yes. Our team is based in Vancouver, Canada.
