Shipping is absolutely free when purchases exceed only 30$! If not shipping costs will be added with the price varying on the size of the item(s) purchased.
Delivery Times & Locations
We currently only ship to the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.

Orders are processed with 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
Items tend to be delivered within 1-3 business days after the order is processed however, it may take up to 7 business days depending on the location.
We are unable to accomodate custom requests for deliveries, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location. Any such requests will have to be arranged by the customer with Canada Post after placing the order.
**BambooBox will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to carrier delays, and unforseen circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking will be sent via email after the order is shipped.
*Toothbrushes that are bought alone, do not include a tracking number.*
It can happen that a parcel is lost during shipping. If this happens , please send us an email. We will do everything we can to find your item.
Items damaged in transit:
All orders placed through the bamboobox.ca website are subject to a shipping contract. This means that risks related to loss and damage during shipping are the responsibility of the customer. However, please do contact us immediately so that we can try and sort this out.
Return & Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable within 14 days after the items are received. You are only eligible for a refund if, the products are not as described (minor variations not applicable) and, the item is damaged/non functional.
We also do offer refunds if you do not want the products anymore however, they must not be tampered with or opened/used. You must return the goods to the company address with shipping fees covered by the customer. Once goods are received and examined we will contact you to process the refund. Please do contact us before doing this so we can come to an arrangement.
